Beetroot detox salad

For 2 people.


  • 2 raw beetroots
  • 1 apple
  • 2 raw carrots
  • nuts
  • raisins
  • dried thyme
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • balsamic vinegar cream


Grate the beets, apples, and carrots with a grater or julienne.

Add the walnuts and raisins and season to taste.

For the dressing we recommend adding salt, a little chopped dried thyme, olive oil and mix the two vinegars.
