Enchanted garden

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry
  • Olive pate
  • Baby asparagus
  • Baby zucchini
  • Baby carrot
  • Baby radish
  • Baby spinach
  • Sesame
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the puff pastry into 5 x 15cm rectangles and prick with a fork so that it does not rise and place between two weighted plates so that it is thin and crisp.

Cook in the oven at 180o for 15-20 minutes

Take the opportunity to boil the asparagus and carrot until they are al dente. The rest of the ingredients will not have to be cooked.

Once the asparagus and carrot are boiled, sauté in a pan with a teaspoon of oil and add the sesame (be careful not to burn it, the taste can be bitter), with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the puff pastry has been cooked and the vegetables sautéed, it will be time to design. Add a thin layer of olive pate to the puff pastry and start decorating your garden to taste.
