This document (together with all the documents mentioned therein) establishes the conditions governing the use of this website (www.organicoasisdesign.com) and the purchase of products on it, whatever the application, digital media, media or device through which it can be accessed.

We kindly ask you to carefully read these Conditions and our Privacy and Cookies Policy (“Privacy and Cookies Policy”) before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you consent to be bound by these Conditions and by our Privacy and Cookies Policy, so if you do not agree with all the Conditions and with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, you should not use this web page. If you have any questions related to the Conditions or the Privacy and Cookies Policy, you can contact us through our contact channels. The contract may be formalized, at your choice, in any of the languages in which the Conditions are available on this website.

The information or personal data that you provide us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of said information and data and declare that all the information or data you provide us is true and corresponds to reality.

Contract policy

At ORGANIC OASIS we want to offer you the best online shopping experience.

Any adult person of legal age (hereinafter, the CLIENT) may place an order.

1. How to order?

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). We will also inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

2. Availability of products

All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount that you may have paid.

3 - Price

Prices in the Europe area (countries belonging to the EEC) include VAT applicable in Spain. Prices outside the Europe area (non-EEC countries) do not include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs or duties.

4 - Shipping

Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on all orders over € 400 to Spain and Portugal (ex. Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands). Orders to Spain and Portugal less than € 400 will have a fixed shipping cost of € 30 + VAT applicable in Spain.

For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the shipping costs will be indicated when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation. THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS OR FEES, THESE WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CUSTOMER.

European Union and rest of the world: For both European and non-European countries, shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and this will be announced before the payment confirmation.

5 - Delivery period

Spain and Portugal: If the delivery address is in Spain or Portugal (peninsula), the order will be delivered in a maximum of 15 working days approximately, with the exception of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores where it will be delivered in a maximum of 20 business days approximately.

European Union: For European Union countries, delivery will be made in a maximum of approximately 30 business days.

Rest of the world: For countries that do not belong to the European Union, the delivery will take between 30 and 45 business days approximately. * Transit time to the Customs office of destination.

Orders received during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. The packages will be sent through our transport agency, this being the only way of shipping and delivery to post office boxes is not possible.

6 - We will keep you informed

After making your purchase you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email informing you that the product has been shipped.

In case you have special requirements such as a specific delivery time, leave in office, etc., you can indicate it with a comment when placing the order in the “observations” field and we will transfer it to the carrier.

The delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt of them and to expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified.

7 - Exchanges and returns

The Organic Oasis Design Online Store works with the return and exchange policy indicated below. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased in the Online store of Organic Oasis Design S.L.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative one, we suggest you return it and purchase the new item separately.

The return of the product must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

8 - To return a product

Contact our Customer Service department, who will be in charge of requesting the collection of the product at your home or address that you indicate. You can do this by sending an email to info@organicoasisdesign.com.

The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm (GMT + 1).

Requesting our Customer Service department to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, the return costs will be borne by Organic Oasis Design S.L .; If the client does it by his means, he will not be able to claim a refund of the amount of the transport used by the client to make the return.

The product must be returned in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar sizes and capacities.

After receiving the products in our warehouse and verifying that they are in correct condition, we will refund the amount paid for the product within 10 business days, in the same way in which you made the purchase.

9 - Warranty

Our products have a 1-year warranty. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the warranty will not be valid if failure or damage occurs due to misuse or lack of maintenance. The buyer should refer to the appropriate instructions and recommendations that will be provided with the product. Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem or question you have with our articles, through which we offer fast and efficient attention to our customers.

10 - Payment methods

ORGANIC OASIS DESIGN S.L will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard) or bank transfer. ORGANIC OASIS DESIGN S.L accepts payment for purchases made through its Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct.

11 - Secure Payment

For Organic Oasis Design S.L., security in online purchases is essential. All transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the entity. The information is sent in an encrypted form with a strength of 256 bits, avoiding security problems and that customer data can reach third parties. Installing a digital certificate is a recommendation from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The certificates carry civil liability insurance to cover damages in case of failure.

12. Liability and exemption from liability

Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product. However, and unless otherwise provided by law, we will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin: (i) loss of income or sales: (ii) loss of business; (iii) lost profits or loss of contracts; (iv) loss of anticipated savings; (v) loss of data; and (vi) loss of management time or office hours. Due to the open nature of this web page and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through this web page unless it is established expressly otherwise in it.

13 - Events beyond our control

We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations that we assume under a Contract, the cause of which is due to events that are beyond our control (“Majeure Force “).

The Causes of Majeure Force will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our control and among others, the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
  • Civil revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war, threat or preparations for war.
  • Impossibility of using trains, boats, airplanes, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
  • Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

It will be understood that our obligations derived from the Contracts will be suspended during the period in which the Majeure Force Cause continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Majeure Force Cause. We will use all reasonable means to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Cause of Force Majeure.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The use of our website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
